d’huile d’olive

poire coupée en tranches fines
1/4 tasse
de noisettes légèrement grillées et hachées
60 mL

Directions

Step 1

Badigeonner les tranches de baguette d’huile d’olive.

Step 2

Les faire dorer légèrement sous le gril du four ou au grille-pain.

Step 3

Garnir chaque tranche de baguette encore chaude d’une tranche de brie et de deux tranches de poire.

Step 4

Parsemer de noisettes.

Tip

Pour varier, étendre un peu de moutarde à l’ancienne ou de confiture de figues sur les tranches de baguette avant d’y déposer le brie.
Arroser chaque crostini de miel, si désiré.
