- Sardo Pesto

- grated Tre Stelle Mozzarella Ball
- 250 mL/120 g
- 1 cup
- drained, sliced Sardo Marinated Artichokes Hearts
- 250 mL/150 g
- 1/3 cup
- drained, coarsely chopped sundried tomatoes
- 75 mL/60 g
- 6 Slices
- Mastro Calabrese Hot, cut into thick strips
- 1 pkg
- Compliments Original Goats Cheese
- 113 g
- 2 tbsp
- thinly sliced green onion

Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F). Place pizza crust on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Spread pesto on crust. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Scatter on artichokes, sundried tomatoes and sliced meat. Finish by roughly crumbling the goats cheese on top.
Step 2
Bake 8 to 10 min., until mozzarella is melted, goats cheese is softened and crust is golden brown. Remove from oven. Garnish with green onions. Slice and serve.
