Directions
Step 1
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Cook burgers, flipping once, about 5 to 6 min. per side. Brush 2 tbsp (30 mL) of the teriyaki sauce over patties during final minute. Grill buns 30 sec to lightly toast.
Step 2
Meanwhile, grill pineapple and red onion until caramelized and slightly charred, flipping once, 2 to 3 mins. Grill Spam until just golden, 30 to 45 sec per side.
Step 3
Arrange 2 slices of spam on bottom bun, top with cheese, burger patty, some of the remaining teriyaki sauce, pineapple, red onion and top bun.
