Step 1
Season the burger patties. (Tip: Prepare salad fixings ahead and keep chilled until burgers are cooked.) Grill on medium heat BBQ, turning occasionally, until patties reach an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F), 8 to 10 min. Transfer to plate to cool.
Step 2
Meanwhile, toss the lettuce with ¼ cup (60 mL) dressing. Arrange in bed(s) on a platter or plates. Scatter the pickle slices, tomatoes, croutons, onion and cheese over top.
Step 3
Dice the burger patties into bite-sized cubes; scatter over the salad. Drizzle on remaining dressing. Garnish with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
