- chopped toasted pumpkin seeds

Directions
Step 1
In large bowl, mix together oil, anchovy paste, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice and salt. Stir in green onion, capers and pumpkin seeds. Add mixed greens; toss to coat. Serve as a topper on your favourite pizza.
Tip
Omit anchovy paste and substitute with olive tapenade.
Serve on top of sandwiches, pasta or burgers.
