Ingredients

de jus de pamplemousse non fait de concentré, froid

de grenadine

d’eau pétillante, froide

Directions

Step 1

Répartir les framboises dans huit flûtes à champagne.

Step 2

Verser dans chaque flûte 45 ml (1 ½ oz liq./3 c. à soupe) de jus de pamplemousse et 7 ml (½ oz liq./1 ½ c. à thé) de grenadine. Remplir les flûtes d’eau pétillante.

Tip

Pour un cocktail avec alcool, remplacer l’eau pétillante par un vin mousseux.
